SouthMed Changes Name

SouthMed is Now Signal Technologies

Founded in 1992 as a company with a single person installing only one product, Signal Technologies has grown into a firm of experts helping companies in several states create high-tech solutions perfect for their businesses.

When we began more than 25 years ago, the name SouthMed reflected our primary market of hospitals and long-term care facilities. As the world has changed, so has our business. We came to realize that much of the technology we install and systems we create easily scale across many industries, including churches, schools and commercial facilities.

And though our new name reflects a new era, our long-time customers know that one thing isn’t changing. They’ll still be able to rely on us for installation and integration of state-of-the-art systems, with 24/7 support that’s always there when they need it.
